I had no idea it was possible before this book. And when reading this
Speaker:book, I realized that all I have to do is change my mindset

Speaker:of this, the spirituality, the essence, the spirit guides,
Speaker:really telling me that I can actually speak to the unseen was
Speaker:The Universe Has Your Back by Gabrielle Bernstein. And
Speaker:I was literally in love with this book. I remember the week before
Speaker:reading this book, I started to see 11.11 everywhere. And
Speaker:I was like, I wonder what this means. And I saw it so often that I
Speaker:actually Googled it. Okay, now this is going back like, fuck, six, seven
Speaker:years ago. And when I read this book, She
Speaker:literally said that the 1111 is actually a portal
Speaker:for your awakening. And I was like, oh my God, this
Speaker:makes so much sense. And I remember listening to
Speaker:the universe has your back as I'm going to see a
Speaker:psychic. And it was 1111 on the clock. And
Speaker:I remember I literally remember I was driving a Jeep. I literally remember where I
Speaker:was in Melbourne driving to see the
Speaker:psychic and the psychic literally changed my life.
Speaker:This was the psychic that told me that I need
Speaker:to get into Reiki and that I was a healer. Now, if she didn't
Speaker:give me that thread, I wouldn't have gone on to be a healer, I
Speaker:wouldn't have gone on to be psychic, wouldn't have gone on to be a coach, wouldn't have gone
Speaker:on to create a light language healing modality, and I wouldn't be
Speaker:in front of you today. And so this book, through
Speaker:the threads of all of the spiritual pieces,
Speaker:has allowed me to be here. The second book
Speaker:I highly recommend which is just so profound
Speaker:and it's one of those things where I was like, motherfucker, I wish I
Speaker:learned this at high school. Fuck Alison Armstrong.
Speaker:She's an older lady and she writes books about
Speaker:women and men and how they relate. This
Speaker:book called Keys to the Kingdom is so exponentially
Speaker:life-changing. Once you read it, it'll never be the same. When
Speaker:you read this book, it'll unshake a
Speaker:new fucking being inside you. You will
Speaker:turn up to relationships so differently. You will communicate
Speaker:to men so differently. There are different phases
Speaker:that men grow through in life. And they
Speaker:go through the knight stage, then the prince stage, then the king phase, then
Speaker:they go into a wise, wise elder man. And at
Speaker:each different level, there is different ways to communicate with men. Did
Speaker:you know that men actually think from one side of
Speaker:their brain? And if you go straight into asking a man, how
Speaker:do you feel about that? They actually cannot comprehend that
Speaker:fucking question. Oh my god. Duh. Duh.
Speaker:What? How did I not know this earlier? When you're speaking
Speaker:to a man, you should actually ask them, what do you think about
Speaker:that? Even if you are a sensitive fucking girl like I am
Speaker:and you want to know what they're feeling, wrong. Don't ask them that. Ask
Speaker:them, What do you think about that? This is going to literally blow
Speaker:your fucking mind at how they start to respond to you. Men
Speaker:think completely different, which then gets me into my third
Speaker:favorite book. Oh, my God, oh, my God, oh, my God, guys. Guys, this
Speaker:book is so amazing. It's called Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus. So, okay,
Speaker:guys, let's get a little bit personal, a personal story
Speaker:here. I'm really good at business. And
Speaker:I really recognize that I trained and
Speaker:educated and did the groundwork to being a millionaire. And
Speaker:now I'm doing the groundwork to being an
Speaker:amazing wife and an amazing queen when I find
Speaker:my king. And the king, if you're listening to this, please just feel
Speaker:free to just DM me, please. Is that how you do it these days? Well,
Speaker:who knows? What I decided to do was I decided
Speaker:to start studying relationships and how men and women actually relate,
Speaker:and how the masculine and the feminine weave together, and how we
Speaker:show up in different relationships. Now, obviously, none of my relationships have
Speaker:been successful, hence why I'm not in a relationship, and I'm
Speaker:so incredibly grateful for the lessons that I learned. Now, men are from Mars,
Speaker:women from Venus. It's a very old book. In fact, it's been out for fucking,
Speaker:like, this book has been out for decades, right? And it
Speaker:is something that is so profound. Men speak from Mars,
Speaker:which is actually a language called Martian, by Martians. And
Speaker:women speak Venetian, which is a completely different language. So
Speaker:let's say for instance, all right, this book actually goes into finer
Speaker:details with this. Let's say, for instance, the man's like,
Speaker:it's fine. What a man thinks is
Speaker:fine and a woman thinks it's fine is completely different. It's
Speaker:literally like you're speaking Chinese and Japanese. It
Speaker:doesn't work, guys. So what this book does
Speaker:is it breaks down the barriers of how a man thinks and how a woman
Speaker:thinks and how they can come back together and in love again. And
Speaker:so one thing I've been doing this year in my personal time is I've been
Speaker:studying relationships. So I've listened and
Speaker:read lots of different books about relating, about masculine, feminine,
Speaker:about how you relate in different relationships or how you create
Speaker:different seasons within a relationship. And what I know to be true
Speaker:is these two books change the game in
Speaker:how I relate. The next fucker man that gets me, he's
Speaker:a lucky motherfucker because I've actually studied how his brain works.
Speaker:So I'm going to be able to know and tailor and essentially
Speaker:move in a different way in this relationship this time that'll
Speaker:be completely different from how I've done things in the past, which will
Speaker:get a different result. Because here's the thing, guys, like always, if
Speaker:you keep doing the same thing, you're going to keep getting the same result, which is insanity, right?
Speaker:Albert fucking Einstein, our good old mate, keeps saying he's said

Speaker:if God created the world to have all this love and light, then
Speaker:he also created this world to have all this darkness. So when
Speaker:you own your darkness, you actually own your shadows,
Speaker:which is actually owning more of you. And the more you own
Speaker:all of you, the more freedom you get to seek. And
Speaker:it's so well written. And she takes you
Speaker:down these rabbit holes of like, oh my God,
Speaker:I created all the fucked up things in my life. Oh
Speaker:my God, it's me. You have to take radical responsibility for
Speaker:this being your life. Oh, it
Speaker:dropped some fucking bombshells. This is one of those books where
Speaker:you read it or you listen to it and then you've got to take time away to
Speaker:dissect it and be like, oh my god and
Speaker:it's even better when you get someone to read it with you and then you guys can fucking talk
Speaker:about it don't you love doing that i love doing that dude
Speaker:this is powerful actually one of my containers i used to make everyone
Speaker:read this before they came into the container because it's so powerful so
Speaker:powerful what Are
Speaker:you ready for the next one? Are you ready for the next book that changed my fucking life? Well,
Speaker:here it is. Secrets of a Millionaire Mind. I've talked about this book a lot because
Speaker:this was really crucial to my evolution of changing my mindset, shifting
Speaker:my paradigm, and really stepping myself into becoming a
Speaker:millionaire. I had no idea it was possible before this book. And
Speaker:when reading this book, I realized that actually all
Speaker:I have to do is change my mindset and change the
Speaker:beliefs around my mind for it to call into reality.
Speaker:Now, here's the thing. 1.1% of the world are actually
Speaker:millionaires. So if you can embody the codes of this
Speaker:book, if you can relearn this
Speaker:book, read it as many times as you can. I read it every
Speaker:year, every two years, because there's always more golden nuggets
Speaker:in here. In The Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, they talk
Speaker:about the thermostat. You have a thermostat where
Speaker:you will currently sit at. So it might be that you only have $5,000 savings
Speaker:in your bank account. Could be that you have $20,000 savings in your bank account. Could be that you have
Speaker:$100,000 in your bank account. That is going to be your normal
Speaker:set point, your thermostat. And the more you
Speaker:start to increase your beliefs, the more you start
Speaker:to increase your bank account. Very highly recommended. The
Speaker:sixth book that changed my life is
Speaker:Think Like a Monk by Jay Shetty. Now, I actually dig
Speaker:Jay Shetty, the Jay on the Shitty. He's so cool and
Speaker:he dives deep into, you know, his spiritual awakening.
Speaker:He dives deep into how he went and actually lived in an ashram and
Speaker:the principles of what he took out of an ashram and how he decided
Speaker:to become more present with his everyday interactions and bring these
Speaker:teachings into everyday society. And so, You
Speaker:know, it's written so simply, and also the epiphanies that
Speaker:you'll have along the journey of even just doing something as simple as brushing your
Speaker:teeth. When you're brushing your teeth, feel the bristles in your mouth, opposed
Speaker:to thinking about what you've got to do tomorrow, what you've got to do the next day. Oh my
Speaker:God, I had a conversation with this person. Oh my God, I forgot to do this. If you're being fully
Speaker:present with yourself, that is all that there is, is the present moment. And
Speaker:this really allowed me to slow the fuck
Speaker:down. It allowed me to come more into present and in
Speaker:tune with myself. And a
Speaker:friend of mine recommended this to me, and he was like, Nat, you're so busy.
Speaker:You're always overthinking. You would love this book. And it literally
Speaker:changed the game for myself for actually coming more
Speaker:into alignment with who I truly am. And I read this, I reckon, about
Speaker:three years ago, and it really changed the game. The
Speaker:next one, Joe Dispenza. If
Speaker:you haven't heard of this man, do yourself a favor. Download
Speaker:Gaia. Gaia is like Netflix for spirituality. And
Speaker:watch Rewired. Rewired
Speaker:is Joe Dispenza's documentary on how you can rewire your
Speaker:unconscious mind. Now, your unconscious mind runs 90 to 95% of
Speaker:your programs. And through the
Speaker:teachings of Joe Dispenza, he teaches you how to tap into your pineal gland,
Speaker:which is essentially your third eye, guys. It is spirituality in
Speaker:science. Joe Dispenza is science and
Speaker:spirituality fucking bridged. Boom. It's like they
Speaker:had a baby and it's Joe Dispenza. Babes, are you wanting to

Speaker:always on high alert. Our monkey mind is always in that fear driven
Speaker:state. And what happens is when we come back into oneness,
Speaker:when we come back into being in present, much like Think
Speaker:Like a Monk by Jay Shetty, once we're able to actually
Speaker:come more into alignment, everything gets easier.
Speaker:And prior to doing lots of meditations, I
Speaker:was someone who really, really, really, really, really overthinked. In fact, that was my
Speaker:favorite flavor of doing anything. I overthought everything. And
Speaker:untethered soul really brought
Speaker:me into realization that we are living for the
Speaker:present moment. Very similar to Jay Shetty,
Speaker:although it's a different path. It's

Speaker:goes into that your branding isn't just colors and

Speaker:so much deeper than that. It's your essence. It's
Speaker:your messaging. It's your family. You're
Speaker:bringing people into your family when you're building a brand. You're
Speaker:letting people buy into a vision. You're taking them
Speaker:on a journey far longer than what you're here
Speaker:to create. It's about your legacy. And
Speaker:it's about really teaching people how to go beyond and
Speaker:wild and free, babes. And that was so, yeah,

Speaker:dumb to listen to this stuff. I was too dumb to educate myself. And when
Speaker:I started to realize that actually there's so much value in
Speaker:learning and I get to evolve, then I was like, OK, it's
Speaker:a must. It is something that I'm just going to put into my routine and actually make
