Speaker:Today, we're going to be talking about all things business related and how I've been able to hold this incredible business and my VR agency and hold the energetics behind it.
Speaker:So I'm going to give you guys some tips, some tools, some resources to how you can help grow your business.

Speaker:If you are a coach, a facilitator, a healer, and you're growing a really big business, and you don't have a VA, babes, you are fucking yourself over.
Speaker:Leverage is how successful people run their business.
Speaker:And I'm telling you, I'm telling you babes, how I've been able to do things in my business is having these VAs there to support me.
Speaker:So my VAs do anything from onboarding my clients, from filling out my spreadsheets, from creating the systems in my backends, from having SOPs.
Speaker:They have
Speaker:they do my swipe files, they do my reels, they follow up on payments with clients, they do all my email campaigns, they do my events, they do absolutely everything that I need in the back end of my business so that I can show up in my magic.
Speaker:And I'm telling you guys,
Speaker:most successful coaches have a team of people that are there to support them because the energetics of holding all of this on your own is very taxing and your energy, right?
Speaker:We've got five layers to the aura and all of our energy bodies can get clogged if you are always accessing your energy or overexuding your energy.
Speaker:And so what we need to be doing guys is being able to put
Speaker:you know, foundations in place so that you can scale your business.
Speaker:And one of the best things that I've ever done was release control over the 1% of stuff that I don't actually need to do, that isn't actually making me more money.
Speaker:Okay, so when I was able to start delegating the tasks that aren't necessarily making me a lot of money, when I knew that I could start delegating tasks like, you know, creating the content, creating reels, you know, once I've written an email campaign for them to go out to my database, like those little pieces,
Speaker:It was so much easier for me just to delegate that task so that I had more time back to do the things in my business that I needed to, like serve more humans, make more sales calls, you know, generate more leads.
Speaker:And that's really how we can, as entrepreneurs, scale our business.
Speaker:Not only that, that they're there to take the pressure off, right?
Speaker:With my VA, I voice note her like 10 times a day.
Speaker:Hey babe, can you do this?
Speaker:Hey babe, can you follow on this?
Speaker:Hey babe, can you follow on this?
Speaker:Hey babe, can you follow up on this?
Speaker:and this gives me so much more time freedom back so that I can do the things in my business that I love doing that feels alive as well because you know if I'm honest I don't want to fucking chase people up if they haven't paid their payment plans you know I've got literally like almost 80 clients at the moment I don't want to fucking look some of them are paid in full of course and some of them
Speaker:paid well before.
Speaker:So I don't necessarily have 80 payment plans at the moment going.
Speaker:However, I've got a fucking fair few and I don't want to have to chase that up.
Speaker:Now, the energetics of it is I've come more into alignment, which is really exciting.
Speaker:So I don't have as many as I used to when I first started my coaching business.
Speaker:And though those small things like I don't want to do that.
Speaker:I don't want to actually create a swipe file anymore.
Speaker:Like guys, I want to create the content.
Speaker:Yes.
Speaker:I don't want to sit on Canva for 10 hours a week.
Speaker:That's not what I want to do.
Speaker:That's not magic to me.
Speaker:What's magic to me is me jumping online and me being like, hey fam, what's up?
Speaker:What do you need from me?
Speaker:What can I support you with?
Speaker:Here are some new tips and some new tools in your coaching business that you can then scale your business.
Speaker:These are the things that I want to talk about.
Speaker:This is the magic that I want to provide in my coaching sessions, not me wasting 10 hours
Speaker:a week behind Canva, like fuck that.
Speaker:I'm sorry, if you're still doing that in a coaching business, you are wasting your time.
Speaker:Time is money, people.
Speaker:You know that.
Speaker:So get more time back.
Speaker:Hire VAs.

Speaker:They're all trained in graphics.

Speaker:They're all trained in Katra and Kajabi and all these beautiful platforms that everyone's utilizing in the coaching industry.
Speaker:So guys, I got the missing piece of your puzzle.
Speaker:It also feels really good, all the entrepreneurs that are on board, I'm like, hey, do you guys need support in your business?

Speaker:It's literally so cheap to have them in your business, which is so cool.
Speaker:Now, another key piece of me being able to run this business is I have a beautiful girl called Jojo, who runs my events.
Speaker:So whenever I'm running an event, I literally just send her, hey babe, this is what I need done.
Speaker:And I literally just send it to her and she does it.
Speaker:And I have a team that literally run my events.
Speaker:So, so easy for me to do that, right?
Speaker:This is getting me back more time.
Speaker:This is leverage, guys.
Speaker:To grow any business, we need to be able to let go of the control of doing everything and let experts that are there in their field actually take over because it's their niche.
Speaker:Like these guys that are running my podcast as well, this is another thing is I wanted to start a podcast yet I don't necessarily have heaps of time.
Speaker:So I was like, fuck it, I'll hire a team that can do all that for me.
Speaker:This is going to help you in your business, right?
Speaker:So also too, I've got mentors.
Speaker:I paid mentors, you know why?
Speaker:Because they've already been there and done that.
Speaker:So opposed to me having to figure it out and falling on my face and fucking up so many times, I'm able to be like, hey, can you help me do this quickly?
Speaker:They're like, yes, here's a launch strategy.
Speaker:Yes, here's this strategy.
Speaker:Yes, here's that strategy.
Speaker:I'm like, oh, thank God.
Speaker:goodness they're already a couple of steps ahead of me and this is a thing too right most of the entrepreneurs that I'm working with are two or three steps behind me and or they're entrepreneurs that have been in the game for a while that aren't getting the results that I'm getting or aren't getting the results that my clients are getting and they're wanting to create more impact and more money and they're driven by their own mission and that's great because I've got the energetics that are there to literally be able to help them
Speaker:bring yourself back into alignment, bring yourself back into spiritual alignment so that you know what you're doing and then I'm able to like, bing, give you the piece of the puzzle.
Speaker:Being psychic obviously helps this, you know.
Speaker:In all my coaching sessions, I use my psychic ability by being able to bring in the pieces that my clients need, which is really fucking cool.
Speaker:So I'm super grateful that I get to do that.
Speaker:And Reclamation, my group container that I'm currently running, it's for the entrepreneurs that are wanting to get to 10K consistent months.
Speaker:you know, I've been able to build out systems and have strategies in there that, you know, I've worked with so many coaches now that have been like, oh my God, I've been in the coaching industry for ages and I never knew this stuff.
Speaker:They're like, fuck Nat, you've made it so easy.
Speaker:And I'm like, yes, that's what I wanted.
Speaker:Reclamation is all about it being easy for you to quite literally show up in your coaching business with the systems and the foundations for you to then grow taller.
Speaker:you know, so I'm very grateful that I created that.
Speaker:And also Reclamation is there for you to reclaim your soul's power, your soul's gifts.
Speaker:You know, we've been put on this earth to have awesome tools that
Speaker:we can utilize and then sell and then help others, yet there are so many spiritual gifts that are dormant in ourselves that we're not actually sharing.
Speaker:So it's my big mission to help people uncover what is their true soul gifts and help you reclaim the power of these.
Speaker:So yeah, super grateful for that incredible container that I've just created.
Speaker:So one thing that I've been getting done a lot recently is hypnosis.
Speaker:So I've got a beautiful guy who comes over to my house and we do hypnosis and he hypnotizes me for things that are essentially in my field that I need to clean up.
Speaker:Okay, so little pieces that
Speaker:I need to be able to get myself to this next level.
Speaker:He's able to hypnotize me on by spending an hour every couple of weeks.
Speaker:He comes to my house.
Speaker:We just fix it up and I'm like, yes, and I feel so much better.
Speaker:OK, guys, are you ready?
Speaker:Are you ready for the next big tool?
Speaker:The next big tip?
Speaker:Are you ready?
Speaker:My morning routine.
Speaker:If you're an entrepreneur or you're a business owner and you do not have a good morning routine, you are fucking yourself over.
Speaker:So I like to get up early.
Speaker:I feel like you start the day early, you get so much done.
Speaker:I normally get up at like 5 or 6 a.m.
Speaker:Firstly, I meditate.
Speaker:I connect.
Speaker:I believe we're all spiritual beings having a human experience.
Speaker:And if you're not connected into Source, then what the fuck are you doing?
Speaker:I kind of feel like that's plugging in the vacuum cleaner.
Speaker:You vacuuming your house, yet you've actually not turned it on.
Speaker:You're just like doing the motions.
Speaker:You're going through the motions.
Speaker:So I really believe when you're meditating every single morning, you're able to fully connect into Source.
Speaker:So whether that's 10 minutes of actual meditation that is either silent or guided, do that.
Speaker:Spend 10 minutes.
Speaker:It's only 10 minutes of your time.
Speaker:it's actually not that much time.
Speaker:I like to do 20 minutes of silent meditation and what I do in that silent meditation is I say thank you over and over and over again and I just connect into sources like thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.
Speaker:Sometimes I turn all my chakras on, I call all my guides in and have a meeting with them
Speaker:And that's also another big piece is that I consistently talk to my spirit guides throughout my day, throughout my time.
Speaker:I'm always connecting to them.
Speaker:They are always there around you.
Speaker:They're always with you.
Speaker:They're always guiding you through things.
Speaker:So it's really important for you to fully connect and communicate to them.
Speaker:Not just once a week, not just when you need things.
Speaker:It's like whenever you actually want to talk to them, like all the time, they need to be your best friends, right?
Speaker:And so,
Speaker:This meditation in the morning also helps me relax into the day.
Speaker:It helps me clear my mind so that I can flow into the day with more ease and more flow.
Speaker:Another thing that I like to do in the morning is do a gratitude rant.
Speaker:So then I go to the beach every single day and I ground with my little dog and I do a gratitude rant out loud.
Speaker:Or I've also anchored this into my car.
Speaker:Whenever I get into my car, I do a gratitude rant.
Speaker:So gratitude rants actually raise your vibration and by doing so, what you're able to do is open up to new timelines.
Speaker:You're able to manifest quicker.
Speaker:There's things that
Speaker:When you raise your vibration, what you're doing is you're signaling to the universe that you're actually in this beautiful frequency of love. The love frequency is 550 hertz frequency and that love frequency is like ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding
Speaker:and met someone and being like, fuck I love your energy.
Speaker:That is because they're probably emanating a frequency of above 550 hertz frequency and they're actually emanating this love frequency that we love to be around.
Speaker:So by doing a gratitude rant, you're able to raise your vibration quickly, right?
Speaker:So all of you, I encourage you to start doing this every fucking day.
Speaker:It's so powerful.
Speaker:It's so fucking powerful.
Speaker:Another thing that I do daily is I look into the mirror and I recode and rewire myself.
Speaker:So I say things to myself like, I'm a multimillionaire.
Speaker:I'm a multimillionaire.
Speaker:I'm a multimillionaire.
Speaker:I also say out loud, I'm so fucking incredible, like I'm so fucking powerful.
Speaker:I am such a queen everywhere I go.
Speaker:Everyone always takes notice of me.
Speaker:I am so valued.
Speaker:I'm so loved.
Speaker:And I know I'm an incredible light leader.
Speaker:I'm here to do amazing things on this earth.
Speaker:And what I'm doing is I'm totally encouraging myself.
Speaker:I'm inspiring myself.
Speaker:I'm recoding, I'm rewiring my internal dialogue.
Speaker:And what this is doing is, again, emanating a frequency to the universe that I am worthy, I am these things.
Speaker:And these I am affirmations are so powerful when it's linked to true frequency.
Speaker:When you're embodying the frequency of this I am affirmation and you're all fucking in,
Speaker:When you look into the mirror and you connect to yourself and you're like, I am this, I am this, and you're declaring it to the universe with such potent frequency, this is when you can truly start to shift timelines.
Speaker:You're truly able to start shifting this new identity.
Speaker:And this has really helped me in my journey.
Speaker:And I want to inspire and encourage all of you to start going into the mirror and looking at yourself every day and telling yourself you're worthy and telling yourself how much you love yourself.
Speaker:It sounds so simple, and yet if everyone was doing this, we would all be playing at such a better frequency.
Speaker:We would all come into alignment with more things.
Speaker:When we're in a better frequency, we come into alignment.
Speaker:There is more connection.
Speaker:There is more downloads.
Speaker:There is more money, right?
Speaker:When we come into more alignment, there is more money.
Speaker:Guys, I can't stress this enough to you.
Speaker:It's so fucking powerful.
Speaker:So that's some of the things that I like to do in the morning.
Speaker:Okay.
Speaker:Take or leave it guys.
Speaker:It's up to you.
Speaker:One also thing that I've started doing is every night I've had a, I have a night routine now.
Speaker:So every night I
Speaker:Before I go to bed, I start voice-noting myself, right?
Speaker:I used to journal at night, and journaling also sometimes, like, literally, the connection, my fucking hand, it doesn't move fast enough for my brain.
Speaker:And you guys know, I talk fast.
Speaker:I talk fast.
Speaker:So imagine how much I'm thinking.
Speaker:I'm thinking so fast.
Speaker:I think so fast, guys.
Speaker:So when I'm like actually writing and journaling, I'm like fucking trying so fast and my hand gets sore.
Speaker:So what I like to do is I like to voice note dump.
Speaker:And so I always ask myself,
Speaker:What is the unfelt emotion of today?
Speaker:So what I'm doing is at night, I'm actually verbally dumping everything out so that I go to sleep with a clear night, a clear mind, a clear night.
Speaker:Wow, Natalie.
Speaker:A clear mind, right?
Speaker:And in the morning, what I'm doing is I'm meditating to also clear myself.
Speaker:So basically, every kind of 12 hours or however long
Speaker:I'm sleeping between times or doing things between times.
Speaker:I'm basically giving myself like an empty out, a clear out.
Speaker:And what that's going to do is that's going to allow me to become at a really beautiful baseline of like stillness, right?
Speaker:I have this beautiful stillness frequency that I also get to
Speaker:surrender into, which also allows me to hold the capacity of this big business and also this VA agency, which is really cool.
Speaker:So another thing that I do during my day, and you guys might want to do this too, is I pray to the universe.
Speaker:And I quite literally, I call in all my guides, dear universe, dear spirit guides, dear angels, dear archangels, dear beings of light that love me unconditionally, that are here for my highest good, dear ancestors.
Speaker:I call you all in today as I set the intention to blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Speaker:Setting an intention locks in the law of the universe.
Speaker:And what this does is it allows you to tell the universe exactly what it is that you want.
Speaker:and then what is going to happen is the universe is going to gift you what you want.
Speaker:There is a beautiful book by Abraham Hicks called Ask and it is Given and in this book Abraham goes into the fact that you know the universe wants to support you, the law of attraction wants to support you, you want to be
Speaker:wanted.
Speaker:Like the universe literally wants to be wanted.
Speaker:And so when we ask the universe for things, we're more likely to get it than not.
Speaker:However, this thing comes back to the frequency thing I was talking about before.
Speaker:You need to be able to raise your vibration enough to be in the frequency of receiving.
Speaker:And so that frequency is also that love frequency of 550 Hertz frequency.
Speaker:And this is where you're able to manifest
Speaker:So my secret tip, guys, is when you pray to the universe, set the intention and then also pray to the universe of gratitude.
Speaker:And again, gratitude raises your vibration.
Speaker:So all of it linking in together.
Speaker:You're doing this for love.
Speaker:You're doing this for giving yourself a better life, right?
Speaker:Another thing that I love to do is to do and talk to my guys.
Speaker:Now, I touched on this earlier, but really want to go into this a bit deeper.
Speaker:I talk to my guides so fucking much.
Speaker:I thank them before I go to bed.
Speaker:I thank them in the morning.
Speaker:I thank them when I'm on the toilet.
Speaker:I thank them after every single client that I sell into my group container.
Speaker:I thank them after every single incredible conversation that I have with my client.
Speaker:Every single client that gets awesome results, I'm like, thank you, Universe.
Speaker:Thank you, Spirit Guides.
Speaker:Thank you, Universe.
Speaker:Thank you, Spirit Guides.
Speaker:I'm so grateful for you sending this incredible client to me.
Speaker:Every time I learn something new, I thank my spirit guides.
Speaker:It's like this incredible connection that I have with this higher power that I feel so much joy and so much love in.
Speaker:So love is the frequency of 550 hertz frequency, and I think joy is actually even higher.
Speaker:So when I'm in the flow state of joy and gratitude, it's like this expansion of my heart and this love that fully emanates to everyone and everything, and I'm so fucking grateful.
Speaker:And so this episode really has been about the things that I do in my life that has been able to help me have the success that I have.
Speaker:That as well is I have a really beautiful family unit that love and trust and respect me and I've been able to really
Speaker:this last year, build a really deep relationship with my whole family.
Speaker:I've become really close with my brother lately, and he's going through a massive spiritual awakening.
Speaker:It's so fucking cool.
Speaker:And, you know, mum and dad, like, everyone fully backs my podcast.
Speaker:My sister's so proud of my podcast.
Speaker:And, you know, even dad went and saw some other family relatives, and they were watching my podcast, and I'm like, yeah!
Speaker:So this is a shout out to all my family members.
Speaker:Fuck yeah, I love you guys.
Speaker:um and it's like having that beautiful foundation of that family that I feel so much love and connection and support and it just it's so beautiful and so beautiful fam I hope I've given you some golden nuggets today you know making sure that you've got a VA in your agency in your business if you need support that you're doing your morning routine that you're actually fully committed to yourself giving yourself that nourishment and that support allowing yourself if
Speaker:you know, you've got spaciousness at night to do a voice note dump so that you're actually getting everything out, so that you're replenishing yourself every single day, that you're talking to your spirit guides, that you're allowing the connection to be there.
Speaker:Remember, like I said at the start, if you're vacuuming your house without the vacuum actually being turned on,
Speaker:Are you actually vacuuming?
Speaker:No, you're just moving through the motions.
Speaker:So guys, stop moving through the motions of life.
Speaker:Actually fucking stop.
Speaker:Turn on your multi-dimensional self.
Speaker:Turn on your connection to source energy, your connection to your spirit guides.
Speaker:It's so fucking powerful.
Speaker:It's really helped me, it's helped all of my clients, it's helped all of my friends.
